Located in Xiamen, Fujian Province, Xiamen Huison Biology Co., Ltd. is a private enterprise, specializing in manufacturing advanced microbial products - red yeast astaxanthin, red-zymosan as well as DHA and beta-glucanase.

With total construction area of 20,000m2 and entire investment of over $8 million, our firm has one advanced ferment workshop, one extraction workshop and a comprehensive office building, which are all designed and constructed by strictly following the GMP standards of pharmaceutical enterprise. The highly advanced equipment (fermentation tanks, as well as highly automatic matching facilities of separation, extraction and drying) allow our firm to manufacture 600 tons of red yeast astaxanthin powder with over 0.5% of natural astaxanthin annually.

Huison has set up a laboratory with complete equipments; we have also hired over 20 technicians with advanced degree. This project is also supported by a number of prestigious colleges and scientific institutions.

In fact, there are currently synthetic astaxanthin and natural astaxanthin in global market. After a 5-year research and experiment, our company has successfully excogitated natural astaxanthin considering the most advanced microbial fermentation, which is characterized as strongly active and highly safe. Gladly, our product has been listed into the Special Program for Scientific Development of the 11th Five-year-Plan of Xiamen City, as it has not only filled the gap of the domestic markets, but also contributed to the development of aquaculture and satisfied the needs of both domestic and oversea markets.
